The beginning of the 15th edition of the National Student Competition "Ambassadors of Health" has started. The purpose of the contest is to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, emphasizing the prevention of behavioral and health risk factors related to unhealthy eating, low physical activity, alcohol abuse and smoking.

The initiative is of the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Environment and Water, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Culture, the State Agency for Child Protection, the Regional Office of the World Health Organization in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Youth Red Cross . It can include classes or graduations of students from 1st to 12th grade from all over the country, divided into three age categories: 1-4th grade; Grades 5-7 and grades 8-12.
