In the period 02-05.07, the National First Aid Competition of the Bulgarian Youth Red Cross was held in the NULC of the Bulgarian Red Cross in the village of Lozen, in which 23 teams from all over the country participated. During the competition, the participants had the opportunity to go through various modules and points through which they could demonstrate theoretical and practical skills in providing first medical aid, first psychological aid and psychosocial support.

This year the competition was held in a completely new format, through which the District Organizations had the opportunity to choose the type of participation with which they would be involved - training or competitive, and for the first time the format allowed in the competition to be involved and areas where Youth Emergency Teams have not yet been established. 

At the end of the day, the ranking was also announced: the Youth Emergency Team of the BMCHK-Varna was ranked first, the Youth Emergency Team was ranked second team of BMCHK - Blagoevgrad and in third place the Youth emergency team of BMCHK - Burgas.
