In the period 09-11.06.2023, the National Competition of Student First Aid Teams - UEPP was held in the NULC of the BCHK, the village of Lozen. A total of 25 teams from all over the country and over 100 competitors between the ages of 12 and 14 took part in the competition, who competed in the equal competition and demonstrated their skills in first aid, psychosocial support and knowledge of the International Red Movement cross and the Red Crescent.

Mountain Rescue Service of the BCHK, Water Rescue Service of the BCHK and the Metropolitan Directorate of Fire Safety and Protection of the Population participated with specially designated and attractive points where the participants learned a lot about their significant activity, while having fun. The chief judge of the competition was Dr. Desislava Katelieva, president of the National Association of Emergency Medical Aid Workers.

The winner in the final ranking was the Student First Aid Team from the Ruse District, second was the Student Team from first aid from the Varna region, and the bronze medal went to the Pupil first aid team from the Burgas region.
