In the period 25 – 27 April 2025. National training in Humanitarian Education was held at the National Center of the Bulgarian Red Cross - Lozen. Volunteers from all over the country were introduced to the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and their application in everyday life, learned what stereotypes and prejudices are, the similarities and differences between them. They also discussed the topics of tolerance, non-discrimination and vulnerable groups with whom we work. In addition, they discussed the rights of children and people.

The volunteers had the opportunity to apply what they learned in numerous group tasks, presentation and practical activities, which helped to better understand the material and develop their skills.
