The volunteers of the Bulgarian Red Cross Youth - Vratsa made over 20 visits with the program "Helfi" with children from the Center for work with children in Vratsa, as well as in the community centers of Pavloche, Tri Kladentsi, Devene and other settlements in the district. The goal of the Helfi program is to teach children how to protect themselves from accidents, as well as how to help themselves or a friend in need.
